Same-day delivery cutoff time for Metro Dhaka is 4:00 PM Bangladesh Time. (Regular Shipping Fees)
Same day delivery cutoff time for Outside of Metro Dhaka is 3:00 PM Bangladesh Time.
Replacement of items Guidelines:
Yellow, Mix, Red, White Roses = Yellow, Mix, Red, white Gerberas
chocolates not available = Replace with a same value or a higher value
If outside of Metro Dhaka and need same-day delivery, there will be additional fees, and 3:00 PM Bangladesh Time is also the cutoff time. If you placed an order for same-day delivery in Metro Dhaka, you would receive the order within the day. There will be no fixed time of delivery; it will be delivered anytime before 9:00 PM.
Orders received beyond the cutoff time for Metro Dhaka areas will be delivered on the following day, and for provincial areas will arrive after two to three days. If the recipient is in a provincial area, please email us your recipient's address first to check if our courier delivery service covers the delivery address.
If you are requesting a specific time of delivery, we advise placing your orders at least 3-4 days before the date of delivery and emailing us. Our customer service officer will contact you to confirm if the date is available. We do not promise a specific time of delivery, but for those who placed their order a week in advance, they will be prioritized and delivered first.
If the recipient receives flowers that are stale or dried, or totally different from what was declared in the Order Invoice, you can request a refund or replacement by sending us a photo within 24 hours after you received the product. Read customer service policies here. Picture of the arrangement from the website may vary from the actual arrangement, especially during peak seasons (Christmas, Valentine’s, and Mother’s Day) due to the availability of the supplies, but as long as the flowers are fresh and in good condition, this should not be an issue for a refund. Replacements will be automatically applied when the flower/item is not available.
We will contact your recipient before we deliver to make sure that the recipient is available to receive the order and to verify the exact address. If we are not able to contact your recipient, we will send you an email and wait for your reply before we deliver the order.
If you do not wish to call your recipient and make a surprise delivery, please send us an email three days before the date of delivery. Still, you have to make sure that your recipient will be available to receive your order; if your recipient is not there, your order will be returned to our office/courier's office. We will attempt to redeliver it on the following day. There will be additional redelivery fees, and cancellation is not possible anymore if the recipient is not there yet after the second attempt of redelivery.
There are instances that the delivery is to a company or office address, your recipient must be there to receive the delivery because most companies do not allow any deliveries to be left with their receptionist or security personnel. Some areas in provinces are not possible for door-to-door service. In this case, we will notify the Customer first by email and call before we process and ship the item.
We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete provincial addresses submitted by the Customer. Read shipping policies here. Cancellation of orders is not applicable once it has been processed.
We accept and deliver orders daily from Monday to Sunday for Metro Dhaka and from Monday to Saturday for Provincial areas.
