Delivery Timelines

Flowers are perishable, so we commit to prompt delivery as per the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines 2021. Orders within the same city are handled within 5 days max, and inter-city within 10 days—but we aim much faster for freshness.

• Processing Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM BDT are processed the next business day.
• Holidays & Peak Seasons: Deliveries operate Monday-Saturday, including public holidays. During festivals like Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or Valentine's Day, we recommend ordering 24-48 hours in advance to guarantee slots.
• Urgent Requests: For funerals or last-minute surprises, we offer 4-hour delivery in Dhaka (call to confirm).
